PERI Software, based in Newark, NJ, with offices in Los Angeles and San Jose, CA, India and China announced the opening of PERI Institute of Technology (PERI-IT) in Manivakkam near Chennai, India.The college will be offering students courses in engineering from the current academic year. The college has recently been granted approval by The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India.

The curriculum offers exposure to international quality standards and to prepare students for global careers.
