We follow diverse methods of recruiting including employee referral programs, internet based recruiting, headhunting etc. Our recruiters are well trained in handling all functions of recruiting. For large scale hiring, we use bulk SMS and email campaigns as well as classified advertisements to source candidates.
We conduct extensive technical and personal interviews through phones and web conferencing. Shortlisted candidates undergo online tests. We also conduct our own technical interviews using senior technical members and project managers of our organization to further assess core technical skills before submitting resumes to clients. This has been one of the key success factors for PERI. Reference checks are done as the concluding step prior to submissions. Third party agencies are used for conducting background and criminal record checks for sensitive positions.
