Job Description:

• The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development, and maintenance of Care Learning Content
• Senior Instructional Designers are expected to partner with management and other customer teams across L&D and Care, to effectively integrate baseline content, utilize highly interactive tools and offer diverse delivery methods to improve learning effectiveness
