PERI is committed to complying with U.S. immigration law. Going forward, we have engaged new legal counsel for immigration matters. This firm will, among other things, conduct quarterly audits of PERI's H1B case files to verify that we are in full compliance with DOL requirements.

This will ensure we are always in full compliance with DOL requirements.

In addition, PERI is launching a training program in an effort to increase the number of Americans employees. It seeks to reduce offshore hiring and become a model for other companies.
