| Sarav Periasamy - President & CEO |
| Sarav Periasamy is president and CEO of PERI Software. He founded PERI in 1999 with the goal of making it one of the world's leading technology companies. Prior to starting PERI, Periasamy held a variety of positions, from architect to senior consultant, in the IT divisions of several leading global financial services firms including Prudential, Citibank and JP Morgan Chase.
Periasamy has a master's degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technolgoy and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.

| Jay Paramasivam - Vice President of Recruiting |
Jay Paramasivam is responsible for PERI recruiting initiatives. Having worked 20 years in the IT sector, he is experienced in recruiting, marketing software products, hardware products, and project executions. Paramasivam's previous experience includes manager of Asia Pacific Operations with BCC USA and director of marketing with Apex Computers.
Paramasivam has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.

| Peter Wiersma - Vice President of Business Development |
Peter Wiersma is responsible for PERI's new business initiatives. He has three decades of experience developing and managing industry-leading minority business and economic development programs and a record of innovation and achievement across several major industries.
For nearly a decade Wiersma developed and managed an award winning utility suppler diversity program that is recognized as an industry leader, achieving nearly one-third of its procurement from diverse business enterprises. He has also worked as a consultant on the startup and enhancement of supplier diversity programs to several Fortune 1000 companies including utilities, financial institutions and automobile manufacturers, as well as government agencies. Additionally, Wiersma provided ongoing strategic consultation on the start up and growth of several of the nation's largest and most successful minority business enterprises in information technology, specialty construction, engineering and industrial distribution, including a $5 billion energy firm that was then the largest minority-owned business enterprise in the U.S.

| Kavitha Shetty - Director of Financial Technologies |

Kavitha Shetty heads PERI's Financial Technologies department. She has more than 12 years of experience working for a number of Fortune 500 companies including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. She has strong technical expertise in financial technologies related to fixed income, equity, trading and settlement.
Shetty has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

| Satish Chetty - Director of Technology |

Satish Chetty, based out of PERI's Silicon Valley office in San Jose, Calif., is responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of technology solutions, including engineering services, network, telecommunications, infrastructure, training and global technology operations. He has extensive prior experience in designing, deploying and managing global enterprise Internet infrastructure solutions at Red Hat, Netscape, America Online and Sun Micro Systems. In addition to his responsibilities at PERI, Chetty enjoys teaching robotics and embedded systems programming.
Chetty has a master's degree in Information Systems from American University, Washington DC, and a degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
